With RIEGL’s VZ-i Series Kinematic App, your RIEGL VZ-i terrestrial laser scanner can easily convert from static to kinematic use – watch the new video!

With the Kinematic App, RIEGL VZ-i series 3D terrestrial laser scanners can easily convert from static to kinematic with highly accurate data acquisition of large areas in an incredibly short time.

RIEGL’s VZ-i series laser scanners, the VZ-600i, VZ-400i, and the VZ-2000i, offer latest waveform processing LiDAR technology to provide highly accurate and informative scan data acquisition and precise real-time on-board registration for a straightforward workflow in the field of terrestrial laser scanning.

Now, RIEGL’s Kinematic App allows the use of these scanners on moving platforms with a simple setup and quick adjustment of the app settings. This process requires little effort and opens up a wide range of additional applications in various scenarios, such as the mapping of urban areas, mining environments, or scanning bridge structures and shoreline areas while fitted to a boat.
